When you first open Account Settings on jmd89, you see your profile card. This displays your username, registered email, and account status. We store your personal data (full name, date of birth, phone number) in a secure encrypted vault. You can update your display name and profile picture at any time—these changes appear across the platform instantly.
Our verification process begins here. We ask for a government-issued ID (KTP, passport, or driver's license) to confirm your identity. This is a standard KYC (Know Your Customer) step, not a barrier—it protects both you and our platform from fraud. Once you upload your documents, our team reviews them within business hours. You'll see a verification badge on your profile once approved.
Verification is not optional—it unlocks full access to deposits, withdrawals, and tournament play on our platform.
Payment Methods and Withdrawal Options
Your Account Settings Payment tab is where you link your bank accounts and digital wallets. We support all major Indonesian payment rails: DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, and e-wallet. You can also set a security question (mother's maiden name, first pet, etc.), update your password, and see a log of recent login locations and times. If you spot a login from Jakarta when you're in Bandung, report it immediately—we can freeze your account and reset your credentials.
Password reset is straightforward: click "Forgot Password" on the login page, and we send a reset link to your registered email. This link expires after one hour for security. Create a new password that combines uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and symbols—at least 12 characters is ideal.
Game Preferences and Notification Settings
Our platform offers live football, slots, live dealers, and esports. In Account Settings, you can customize which games show on your home screen. Device Management and Session Control
You can see all devices logged into your jmd89 account under Device Management. Each entry shows the device type (iPhone, Android, Chrome, Safari), last login time, and location (city level). If you spot a device you do not recognize, you can log it out immediately.
This is especially useful if you share a device with family or if you switch phones. Log out old devices to keep your account secure. We also allow you to set a "primary device" that does not require 2FA verification on every login—this is optional and only recommended if you use a personal, secure phone.
